Next weekend we’re expected to open our 2nd location in the center of downtown Ferndale, MI! If you haven’t been to the the Rust Belt it’s a beautiful space that used to occupy ‘Old Navy’ the clothing store. Be sure to come and visit all the vendors, you won’t be disappointed. Our booth is a 10x10ft cute space located to the left hallway when entering from the rear entrance and it would be to the right coming in from the front! We’re super excited to be applying makeup apps, and quick services at our one stop shop, we’ll also have a selection of retail to browse through while looking including but not limited to makeup, costume jewelry, and the like, to where we can get your complexion to perfection! while looking fine to the 9’s mile, right at the corner of Woodward!

Cedar point’s Halloweekends

We’re happy to say this year we have two students working at Cedar Point’s Halloweekends! Our Students Halle and Jamie just had their first weekend this past weekend.  Jamie is a returning artist having done her first year in the 2013 season. This year she did this look on one screamster 

and while we love this awesome work, it’s a comment left by a park guest that we’re really proud of! Cedar Point is nationally known for it’s haunts and thrills during it’s Halloweekends season. Cedar Point is ranked #2 in the nation, second to Universal Studio’s Hollywood horror nights, But with with work of our students, Cedar Point might not be #2 for long!

2) A single Voided check and a complete copy of last months bank statement
3) A copy of customers valid driver license or state issued ID.

Arc 90 will give loans and financing for any amount over $50. This money can be used for anything from bulk makeup purchases, kit costs, and tuition.

Astute Artistrys very own student and artist Jamie Gasper spent the last month as the Key Makeup Artist, on the set of Urban Myths. Urban Myths is a suspenseful thriller that was filmed in Gladwin, Michigan the entire month of May. The Film, written and Directed by Kim Marie, of Mad Dog productions, tells the story of a group of kids that embark on a spring break camping trip, to the haunted indian burial grounds. During their trip, they get more than they bargained for when members of the tight knit group start to vanish. This film showcases the best scenery Michigan has to offer, along with an all-star cast.
